Ali’s therapeutic approach is humanistic and trauma-informed, rooted in experience with young adults to elders. It is grounded in the belief that with support, people have the innate ability to heal. Ali has studied a variety of rich therapeutic modalities which when integrated into collaborative sessions, encourage healing and growth.
