Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about creating space to better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic approaches while remaining flexible and responsive to what feels most helpful for you.

My  therapeutic approach is humanistic and trauma-informed, and includes the following modalities: The Flash Technique, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) , Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as Gestalt, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Logosynthesis, and Narrative Therapy


I intentionally maintain a small caseload so I can provide attentive, personalized care. I value depth over volume and believe meaningful therapy develops through consistency, trust, and genuine connection.


Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as yourself and be met with understanding , curiosity and respect.
